Get the list of blocks in the range [startNum, endNum) (endNum is exclusive).

Request parameters

GET reads these fields from URL query parameters; POST reads them from a JSON request body.

startNum	POST	int64	No	Starting block number (inclusive); Protobuf default is 0

endNum	POST	int64	No	Ending block number (exclusive); Protobuf default is 0
visible	GET / POST	bool	No	Format for addresses and text fields

Constraints: endNum > startNum and endNum - startNum <= 100.
